I will be bottling some more “P-Lambic” (it’s not real Lambic because that can only be made in Belgium in a specific region, but it uses some of the same type bacteria to get something similar in the end, so I call it Pseudo Lambic or P-Lambic) clone up soon, It's a Cranberry “P-Lambic”; it tastes pretty good. I think I needed twice as many cranberries for it, next time. I have a good stock of Raspberry and Blackberry on hand, It is all about 2 years old or older. Just getting in its prime!

I also bottled 10 gallons of Sparking Mead which should be great when it’s ready.

Sometime you all need to make the trip to do a tasting of my collection. Or maybe we should camp out at Scott’s house for evening and try some stuff.

This years wine has also been improved, we invested in winery grade corks which have helped out a lot. When we had to open 6 bottles to find one that was not corked I wasn’t too happy. These seem to do the trick and every year we learn more and more about how to make it.

I just wish that pesky Interstate Commerce Act would allow us to ship beer over state lines... I think this is a job for the Bandit!

Are you kidding me, cranberry??? OMG, that would be amazing!!! *drools* And Blackberry, holy smokes. I am absolutely in heaven, but it's the cranberry that kills me! Sounds delicious, cranberries are one of my favorite foods ever!!!

I vote you bring your beer to WA, and tour some west coast air museums.

I just had to look up Warbird Brewing, I had never heard of it... amazing! I want some of each kind. Some to drink, some to display, awesome! It'll go well housed near my Spruce Goose wine.

Oooh! Spruce Goose wine? Who makes it? I am trying to pull together a listing of all the aviation related food and beverage items I can for a "society, culture, and culinary" of aviation article... I'd love to put that one in! If you have a link for a site that sells it... even better!

Gosh, you're not happy with just being "Queen of the World" ??

No, I like to multi-task, I prefer keeping busy.

Which really is the case, work full time, volunteer three different places, adding school to the mix shortly... etc... It keeps me from getting bored!
