I also note that there has been no response from the "Baaron" To Mark Allen's polite request for more information on or photos of the Stag and Moth that he claims to have owned.
Keep reading and hopefully you will find that answers you are looking for towards the end of this.

If you go back and look at the thread about the Mosquito you will find that I had considerable difficulty getting a straight answer to a question I asked this morning.
Far from it! Actually you asked a vague question to start with that then strangely transformed into a completely different question of which several members clearly and completely answered it for you. Just because you couldn't wait for your question to be answered you cop an attitude. (flag #1) Then you start to insult members who have been contributing to this board for many years and have several years of experience in their fields, some of which are authorities in their fields and you mouth off about "how dumb" their imput was to your inquiry. (flag #2) ... All this in only a few days on the board.

Being the second occurence in a very short space of time this morning I made a statement about not being able to get a straight answer.
As for the
straight answer bit, what makes you think you earned one yet. No one is entitled to anything here. Maybe your attitude caused some members to say "screw you then", I know I did.
Granted the remark about "if you have to ask" is certainly a dumb*ss response to your inquiry, but it still has some merrit for someone who claims to be serious about purchasing a fighter some day. Usually anyone with serious intentions to become an owner of an aircraft that would most certainly cost six and seven figures would not need to ask an internet forum those questions as they would also most certainly know how, who and where to find those answers. As for contacting the Ezell's I'm sure if you really had an interest in purchasing anything from the estate of H Pardue that was up for sale it wouldn't be difficult at all.
(flag #3) You list an e-mail address on your posts of which I have sent you two nice and respectful e-mails asking if it was OK to inquire about your past aircraft ownership, I hear nothing back, I have sent you a couple of PM's, nothing!!! ... If you claimed to own a Cessna I wouldn't care to ask anything, but you claim to have owned a couple of fine aircraft of which I do have an interest and no response. I can understand if you want to keep your business to yourself and/or it's some sort of "secret" but you were the one who mentioned your aircraft ownership on a public forum that specifically deals with the types of aircraft you claimed to have owned. What do you expect people here to ask you, how's the weather in your area? ... No!!! their going to ask about your aircraft.
I could also understand that If I pissed you off by not answering your original question the way you wanted it answered fine be pissed but I would suggest, as others here have suggested as well, and that is to acquire a thick skin. As for not having an interest in responding to my several inquiries about your prior aircraft ownership (of which I only was interested, not doubting) I no longer care to know. You've had plenty of time to respond and it's obvious you care not to. At least not to me so that's fine with me.
So be careful who you point fingers at regarding not getting your answers straight. Rant over and out .

Mark,
Very early in my participation in the Mosquito thread I asked the question about who else, still flying today, had actual experience flying that particular type of airplane. Skip was mentioned shortly after that and then I asked besides him, Kermit Weeks and Howard Pardue (mentioning that he’d already died) who else there was. There was no answer until a page or two later when Firebird came up with a few names of other pilots. In the meantime there were a couple of other helpful people that had some ideas but nothing definitive. I was asking questions that I wanted answers to. I wasn’t looking for casual conversation. I don’t think that is being unreasonable.
I don’t know what you do with your time on the earth but I can’t think of a single instance where being a “member who has been contributing to this board for many years” matters for much. Big deal! If I had found this place a few years ago I might have gotten involved with it then. So far I haven’t seen anything, anywhere in any rule book that states how long a person must hang around before they are allowed to post questions or make comments. I don’t know who you are but I really don’t see that your being around here for a long time seems to account for much. If you really think that your status on this board means anything outside of this board then that is really sad. If you were attempting to defend JDK with that line of reasoning, please just give up on that. If you read the response he posted then you would see that he apparently took that comment (however poorly worded it was by me) in the spirit in which it was meant.
As for expecting a straight answer, well I asked a straight question. I figured that people with the straight answer would give it. People without the straight answer wouldn’t bother with any response. That sure seemed like common sense to me! Sorry, once again, I didn’t realize there was a time limit!
As for enquiring about the airplanes for sale, I don’t see why you or Stephan Wilkinson are even worried about my question. Neither of you had the answers so you just wasted your time. I hate to make things difficult for you but if you go to the second post I made on that thread, you will notice that I said I had contacted the Ezell’s and was waiting for a response. That was Thursday afternoon. When I made my last post on the subject, Friday morning, I hadn’t heard back from them yet. I did get a response, with the information I asked for. Now I’m looking at options. I knew who, how and where to call and I did it.
My simple reason for asking if anybody knew the price was just to see if anybody had the answer while I was waiting to hear back from the seller. That is all. I wasn’t coming here to announce purchase plans, wasn’t trying to make anybody think I was a rich guy who could buy whatever I wanted, wasn’t trying to name drop or anything else. I was trying to get information. Which I thought was the point of this place.
Quite honestly, I was surprised that nobody knew what the prices were. I really thought there might have been somebody on this board that was interested in buying them and had asked the question. Maybe the “warbird owner” population isn’t as high here as I thought it would be.
I don’t know what to tell you concerning emails and PMs. I did get one email from you in reference to the mosquito thread but that was sometime last week. I didn’t respond because I didn’t see a need to. I haven’t gotten any more emails from you at all. As for PMs, I have nothing in my inbox from you. If you sent them, and your PM system is working as I understand it is supposed to be, you will see they are still in your outbox. Or maybe you are just saying you sent them and trying to impress the masses with your bravery and daring. Either way, with the way you have acted towards me, wouldn't you honestly be surprised if I did anything you wanted?
I haven’t “claimed” to own anything. I have stated that I have owned them and it’s the truth. Quite honestly, you or Stephan Wilkinson believing it or not means very little to me. In fact, I would even say neither of you have any way to actually measure or comprehend how little it means to me. I was barely able to generate enough interest to respond to you.
Maybe I didn’t answer your question the way you wanted it answered. But did you notice that I didn’t do anything in response? That was partly because I didn’t have time. But it was also because I think you and Stephan Wilkinson have quite detestable personalities, based solely on my interaction with you here. As a result I’ve got nothing else to say about this subject to either of you.
One last thing Mark, you should really check with your doctor and make sure your blood pressure medication or anti depressants or whatever it is you are supposed to be taking is the right one for you. A person that exhibits the type of wild, ranting behavior that you seem to exhibit on this board should really take care of themselves. I’m not even close to kidding or being a smartass. I really think something isn’t right with you.
