Black Thursday losses - 305th Bomb Group

A friend was asking me about the planes lost by the 305th on the October 14,1943 mission to Schweinfurt,Germany. I've been batting .000 on finding a serial number list for the planes, can anyone help?

I'll give that a look- I've been focusing on B-17s for a few years now and haven't really gotten into the Liberator units, but if you recommend it, it must be good. Thanks for the link!

The 492nd site is very good and important for doing research on 8th AF Liberators because quite a few were assigned to the group and ended up being transfered to other 2nd Division B-24 groups after it was disbanded. You'll find it very useful.
