Thanx Jack for the explanation...about hands in pockets! Now I know why our drill instructors would tell us to "Get your effin hands outta yer pockets...whaddya think you are in the Navy or something"???!!! (This was during AF basic training)

One of my AF DI's was a former Navy SEAL.. he wasn't too complimentary about the Army..
He also had more medals than I thought it possible to get..IIRC 9 rows on one side, 5 on the other...Which was enough to impress upon us just how bad of an idea it might be to mess with him....

Thanx for the correction Mudge...maybe I am a bit more of a geezer than you :P After I saluted a full bird Colonel with my LEFT hand, basic training became a blurr after that :shock: PTSD started very early on in my AF career :roll:
