Here is an update on the Mig-29 in the RuAF:
Total number (active): 130
Inventory:
AF/AD: MiG-29 "Fulcrum", 90 + 40 training.
+ ~150 in reserve(in poor condition)
New procurment:
Two serial Mig-29M2(a cusin of the export Mig-35) for RuAF to be delivered in 2010.

NAVY: MiG-29K for the Russian NAVY??
There are reports that they will get New Mig-29K, but it's a bit muddy at this point..
Russia are currently fielding only one medium Carrier.
