Last night a sick F18-C from VFA 83 Rampagers landed here with a busted hook.This morning a UH60 from The Nightdippers came with a bunch of techies and a new hook and fixed the F18.
The 18 pilot told us last night it has been over a month since he had a beer , needless to say we fixed that

There's been a Union Aero P-3 Orion flying around Midland lately, and just a few minutes ago, I saw one of their Neptunes fly over the house, inbound for Midland International. Sure sounded good.

that means they are gearig up for fire season?
Ober probably has them around too, but we have a S-61 based out of here every once in a while and a couple SEAT (Single Engine Air Tanker) aircraft

Only thing I have seen around here are helicopters, both military and civilian fighting fires. What we need is the Mars. If it don't rain soon maybe we will.
