Last night a sick F18-C from VFA 83 Rampagers landed here with a busted hook. This morning a UH60 from The Nightdippers came with a bunch of techies and a new hook and fixed the F18.
The 18 pilot told us last night it has been over a month since he had a beer , needless to say we fixed that :)

Nice day here at UES. Saw Vic's Harvard, Tony's Petie 2nd Mustang, and the CAF's PT-26 all out for a romp. Snow due today...

There's been a Union Aero P-3 Orion flying around Midland lately, and just a few minutes ago, I saw one of their Neptunes fly over the house, inbound for Midland International. Sure sounded good. :-)

Ober probably has them around too, but we have a S-61 based out of here every once in a while and a couple SEAT (Single Engine Air Tanker) aircraft

Only thing I have seen around here are helicopters, both military and civilian fighting fires. What we need is the Mars. If it don't rain soon maybe we will.

The Neptune is what I meant when I said it sounded good! :-) It's got "dirty-three-filtys" on it, right?
