An "air pocket?" I think thats what the media calls "turbulence". Windshear and downdrafts are similar and all happen with weather not conductive to airshows in the first place. Even if he was at a
comfortable 50 feet some unnamed hazard (phenomenon) may still get him! Hell, why dont we call off ALL airshows as most airshow performers get as close to the ground as him, they just do it in little extras and pitts so its not as dramatic.
