Well Al, you'll be proud to know that no snow plow ever got me when I was on foot! Now the local policia is a different matter............It was the day after a storm, the sidewalks hadn't been plowed so I had to walk in the street that was full of slush. A local cop came flying up the street and hit a pothole full of brown slop doing about 40mph. Of course it was right in front of me. I walked right out to the middle of the street so he could see me in his mirror. A couple of hundred yards up the street he finally saw me. He backed up, said a quick "Sorry" and was gone. Me, after I cooled off, I was just wet!

God I feel ya there Don. I can't count the number of times I've had a culvert backed up, water everywhere, and some ahole can't be bothered to lift off the throttle just a tick.

A local fire department did that to a couple guy's I work with. They were travelling at a high rate of speed coming back to the station after a call. The road was a lake and our guy's were working hard to drain it off and they got plastered. The firemen had to apologize in person and they had to write letters of apology as well.

Well, as soon as they got the pond drained they went to the fire station. Those guy's had left by then and our guys had a long and loud talk with the chief. Good thing they were gone because they were gonna need rescuing.

These are the two guy's on a much warmer and drier day.

The guy on the right hates to have his picture taken and I swore to him that I was going to get one. Had a disposeable camera in my lunch box and I pulled up quick and snapped that one. He never knew I did it til I showed him the print. :snakeman:

Well Boys and Girls, Any one up for changing the date of The Great New England Wix Gathering and Virgin Sacrifice( :shock:

) to 12 May? It seems the whole Snowball Militia contingent has run into Scheduling Issues(I just can't seem to get any single days off at a time anymore) and it appears that Our Host, Larry wont be available, either.
