Japanese Planes

Thu Sep 30, 2004 9:24 pm

Ladies and Gentlemen:

I've heard from earlier posts on this board that a Japanese of some type was dumped into Lake Washington in the 40's or 50's. Does anyone have any more details on this?

In addition, I've heard a few were put on gunnery ranges after WW2. Can anyone substantiate these rumors?

Thanks,

Chris

His name was Kanihiro Harigata, and was dumped into Lake Washington, during a massive Evangelical Revival / Fish Fry; said dumping was aimed at removing from him his evil ways; his favorite phrase: " Me sooooo hooorny.... me love you long 'tain . . ."

sorry Harvard IV, too tempting to let it pass.

Anyone care to reply w/o being sarcastic? Just as a reminder, I haven't into a single sarcastic person in several years. I guess I'm around quality people and we don't act that way.

Ok

No problem we all have them.
I had one of the longer Fridays in history, mainly wishing I was in Midland.
Here is a spot where you can see some of what is/was in Lake Washington

Brother Hahvahd:

I wasn't trying to be sarcastic; I was trying to be funny. I failed because I offended you, and that was not the purpose of my posting. I saw something that could be used for innocent banter, and I wrote on it.

My apologies to you, Sir.
