Don Parsons took this photo of Glen Peck flying the Museum's DH-4M2. I never thought I would get to see a DH-4 fly with an original Liberty. I guess I was wrong. :D

Just read the article in Classic Wings. What a story! I am glad their are people out there willing to put the $$$ into aviation history like this. Will have to plan a visit to see it next year! Thanks for posting another pic, Albert.

Anyone else notice the pics posted from the Evergreen Museum that also has a DH4 in the collection?

Don -

Well done on your Zenith Z6A article in the Feb/Mar issue of Air & Space.

Any chance you have other images you could post to the group here?

Enjoy the Day! Mark

Thanks for the kind words Mark. I'm really a photographer, so I have to give credit where credit is due. And in this case, it's with Linda Shiner, the editor of A&S. She really worked with me, helped guide me to stay on track and was always encouraging. Caroline Sheen, the photo-editor, was also very helpful and we picked out the pictures that ran together. She's nice as an editor, because she trusts a photographers judgement. I've been wrong before, she saw things I didn't, so she's really good in many respects.

I'll put some pictures up on my site a little later. You can see the whole restoration story on my friend Glenn Peck's site.

If you don't get A&S, you can read the story here

Congrats to Al and Glen for the nice article on the DH-4M by Gilles Auliard in the October issue of Aeroplane. Well done!
