Help needed with a donation.

I have a gentleman that would like to donate a 4360, 6 Globmaster blades, and two Globemaster hubs to the Dixie Wing of the CAF. The blades are in good shape and the hubs are still wrapped in their original packing with there yellow tags.

I need to get him a value so he can donate them, can anyone point me in the right direction?
