Peter, is there such a thing? :?

All the aircraft I see over here wear stars 'n bars, so I guess they must all be American!

It does look nice. They managed to get 3 of the 4 currently flying in the US to the Chino show this year (CAF, Pond's and Friedkin's), although I never saw more than 2 in the air together at one time.

I noted that most of the types are NOT common didnt you see that?

Most other warbird are common as ... im seeking listing on the rarer types.. and if you reread you will see many NAVY types i listed further more if note im looking primairly at post 1945....

Actually I looked back at your post and did not see anywhwere that it mentioned rare or not common types. If that is your criteria I am surprised you included P51's on the list but not some of the types I pointed to earlier?

Sat Jan 20, 2007 11:28 pm

well how common is a RF-51D?

Not very- but once again not what you originally wrote- you listed a
P/F-51D.

I am really not trying to argue here, I simply raised a simple question, but if you are going to get offended and strike back at least make sure you proof your original post before you point back to it.

Several Tonys being remanufactured in Australia, at least 2 for US owners.

A Fiat G-59 being converted to a G-55 for a US owner.
