Well thats three of us planning on being there bright and early. Mines a silver Toyota Tacoma limited with Vermont plates. If you see my plates you'll know it's me instantly.

not sure when we'll get there, but I'm aiming for early :)

if we're there when gates open, we'll be easy to spot - CA plates that say SHE FLYZ

but....since I've only a vague idea on where I'm going, we'll probably get there around 9 or 10, but I'll definitely try and catch up with everyone.

Map Quest and a good Navigator are worth their weight in Gold 8)

Shannon and I will be in a really cool 95 Toyota Corolla Skate w/Mass plates and a 2B2 (Plum Island Airfield) sticker on the window
I think we will probably try to do breakfast there, if the midfield care is open and not too busy.

Sorry, Cant take the 67 Beetle that far

SEE YOU THERE!

Man what a day we had yesterday. It's a good thing there is a race on today cause I'm not leaving the house. My knees ache, my back aches and I feel like I've been through a wringer.

WHEN CAN WE DO IT AGAIN! :D

Seriously, it was great hooking up with all you folks and I look forward to doing it again sometime.

Rob, I guess you took the 10:00 bus?
Considering you were on the boards by Midnight

It was great to meet all of the gang, and Al you were right about the wringer, Shannon and I drove 60 miles in my lowered Beetle today and I cant move now that we are back home again

Where are we going next?

I was a great time on Saturday, I enjoyed meeting everyone. I went back up on Sunday and in order placate all those WIXers who said I should have gone on the B-24 instead of the B-17, I weaselled my way onto a B-24 flight. I thank the Collings Foundation, Ryan, and "Neon" for making these two flights possible. You guys have no idea how much this meant to me and how much fun I had.

I took my camera on the B-24 trip and will post pics when I get them developed.

That is great news. I was wundering if you got on it Sunday. I had a bunch of wine to press and was wishing that I could be watching warbirds flying around. I'll post some pictures to night. It was really great to meet several new WIX'ers and see several again. I can't for the next event. Kelly said that was the most fun see has ever had at an airshow.

After all we said you have to sneak off without us around to go Fly on that Darn 24. Some Guy you are and hear we were bad mouthing you on Sat. for going up on the 17 when all a long you and Neon had this work out. :P

Thats great what did you think of the 24 alot more roomer then the 17 yeh.

I wasn't sure if I would get on the B-24, Ryan and Jim invited me to hang out with the Collings crew Sunday night after the event. When I got there I was offered a slot on the 24. I won't ask/beg for a ride on a warbird but I will NEVER turn one down when it is offered. :)

Thats one of the things I love about WIX is the opportunity to socialize with others that are just as nuts as I am. I had a blast with you guys. And Tim, your beer was excellent as always, keep up the good work.

Oh yeah, I liked the B-17 better by far and I'm glad I chose that one to be my first ride. The B-24 is way cool as well but the B-17 is my fav.

The stove is a Wolf. It’s still sweet (except the bill that comes with it). The cookie cutters, Kelly say 2-3 or so would be fine. My question is what types of a/c are they?
