Mystery 'plane ID?

Anybody know what this is?

This aircraft is a Vulee V-11, c/n 29, that was modifed as a V-11T, and was used by Pratt & Whitney as an engine test bed. N# was NX14980.
Sorry I don't have a complete photo of the aircraft. Photo is from the National Air & Space Museum collection.

They certainly do resemble each other superfically, but that's about it.

The Vultee is quite a bit larger than the Vindicator, besides, they're manufactured by different company's.
The only thing that makes them have a "family" resemblence is the fact that one was "owned" by P&W and the other designed by Chance Vought, both companies being separate divisons of United Aircraft.
