Sort of 11, no, and your next question, "Are any going to fly?" The intent is yes.

As has been said, there's 11 surviving 'identities'. There's an example each in Chile, and Cuba (OS2U-3 displayed as FAC '314' and OS2U-3 'Marina 50' respectively.)

There's no Kingfishers on display in Australia as such now. There was one of the ex-Dutch ordered, Australian operated aircraft on display at 'Whaleworld' (OS2U-3 BU5973 / V-8 / A48-2) part restored at Albany in southern Western Australia. This was sold a few years ago and is currently at Wangaratta, along with at least two other US machines with the first being rebuilt to fly by Precision Aerospace at the airfield there. Two of the aircraft belong to private US owners, and it is intended to fly all the examples under rebuild, but this is some years away at least.

The New England Air Museum had the banged up fuselage and cut up main float of an OS2U, but I believe it is in California now with Yanks.
Not totally sure though.
Some parts of it were used by NASM during the restoration of their Kingfisher.

Additionally, the USS Alabama's Kingfisher, came from Mexico, where it operated during WW-II years.

What is it about rare and not so graceful looking aircraft and me?

I guess this is now in the NASM, but was at PalmSprings Air Museum in 1997
