Yes, Propliners of America is based at Brainard Field in Hartford. Their aircraft has yet to return to the air in Florida, but when it does, it'll be based in Hartford.
The FG-1D is still on display (unfortunately) at Sikorsky Memorial Airposrt in Stratford. Efforts are underway to have it restored. It is in a state of severe decay and but the politics as to who actually owns it are difficult to work around. The Corsair can be found on the Southwestern side of the airport near the terminal and the ATC tower. If you look at Google Earth, it's in the center of a very obvious, circular drive.
Also in Stratford is the "National Helicopter Museum", which is open by appointment only, and the "Igor I. Sikorsky Achieves", located next to the Sikorsky plant, in Northern Stratford. It too, is not a museum, but it is available for researchers. They have a website at:

In addition, there are three Huey Cobras on outside displays at VFW Halls in Prospect, East Hampton and Waterbury.
There is also a fine military history museum in Bristol, CT, the Bristol Military Museum. Covers many areas but the curator has a lean towards aviation. They even have a piece of the "Lady Be Good" on display.
Danbury CT, also boasts a Tank Museum.
