It is my understanding that there will be a Mustang Gathering in 2006. Details are of course sketchy but I was wondering if we should make this the biggest WIX Gathering. I figure if we start saving now we might all be able to attend this. It would be amazing for as many WIXers as possible to attend. Let me know if your interested and we will keep this thread as a loose discussion space for this subject. I know its two years away but that just gives us time to plan :)

Saw some photos of the one in April of 2003, in Kissimmee, FL. I think there were 67 Mustangs there. Truly awesome. More P-51's in one place than at any time since the Korean war.

This is genuinely an event of note. Please keep this thread open.

Thanks,

Walt

Unfortunately I missed the last one-I arrived at Kissimmee to look around 2 weeks later whilst on a family vacation and somebody mentioned it on Stallion 51's ramp-boy was I upset! Does anybody have any idea as yet what the hotel state of things is nearby(if any?). By the way this is my 1st posting-great site! 8)

Dates have been published on the Stallion 51 site.

They are 8-11 June 2006 at Reno.

Cheers,

Brett

As a major gambling center, there are literally thousands! Reno is a really fun town. You won't be disappointed.

And the Mustang Ranch is closed as well (or so I have been told).
