[BAD/OLD PIC] Unidentified Buchon, 1977

Sat Oct 07, 2006 10:34 am

Can anyone identify this Buchon? It was photographed at Harlingen in December 1977. It is not any of the three familiar CAF Buchons N109ME, N8575 or N109W. I guess this may be its movie paint job, so perhaps one of you Battle of Britain experts knows which one was "white 10".

I'm thinking possibly C4K-102, which was in Detroit for a while and then to OFMC in the UK? I saw 102 in the Detroit area in the 1980s, but it had a different paint job and I don't recall the horizontal stab being crunched off like this.

Either way, I hope you enjoy the pic.
