What are the rubber bands holding on the cowl just behind the spinner on VoDoo? Are they just holding the fasteners "up" temporarily?

Looks that way. Interesting that they replaced the Dzus fasteners with Camlocks.

Looks that way. Interesting that they replaced the Dzus fasteners with Camlocks.


I'll bet that the cowling is now either fiberglass or carbon fiber, alot lighter and thinner, you would not need the larger Dzuz fasteners.
