You can see the checkerboard cowling in one of the photos just peeking out of the background.
In addition, "Sally B" had a "Cheyanne" Tail Turret, which was replaced with a manufactured "F-Tail Turret" Unit for the Film.

Did they leave or re-apply the Memphis Belle artwork to the Starboard (right) side of Sally B?

IIRC, it was put onon for the movie where Sally B played the "hero" a/c for the final scene as Sally B was the only a/c with a smoke system. Tallichet's a/c played the "hero" B17 for all the other scenes.

I dig the new chicks!

Good question ! I couldn't tell .... the shots I took were from the top of step ladders over a 6 ft fence ~ the only vantage point ( no ramp access )

The Sally B website says ......

" The first public outing for her pristine new livery will be at Duxford’s Autumn Air Show on Sunday 8th October, which will also be the aircraft’s last show of the 2006 season. "

So, yes, it appears that the Memphis Belle nose art is on the Starboard side.

I'm not wild about Memphis Belle being on the right side. They should stick with the Sally B nose art. Just my opinion...
