Just looked through the registry and found this photo of A-26 N917Y. The a/c was apparently owned by the Collings Foundation when this photo was shot. Did it ever fly with them or was it stored at Courtesy A/C during their ownership? I know it flew to Seattle for the next owner, the late Dick Cooper before ending up in storage. What also of the former owner in San Diego? Did this plane fly much while in southern CA, or has it been a dormant a/c for much of the last 25+ years? Anyone with any knowledge of this bird?
