Might as well get the ball rolling for AirVenture 2025.

No new warbirds confirmed although if you follow first flights, potentially we could be looking at a couple of new restorations for Warbirds in Review:

-Rod Lewis F6F Hellcat
-Rod Lewis Mosquito
-Collings Foundation PBY Catalina
-FHCAM P-38
-55th FS P-51D, being done at Midwest Aero

I also wonder if Rod Lewis' Connie will return once the interior is finished?

Is the FHCAM P-38 the one in the main hangar at Ezell? That one appears to be a long way off yet, unless it's way further along than meets the eye.

RT Dickson's F-86 is probably a strong bet since he's selling "Swamp Fox." Any of the new Lewis birds would be awesome.

Some notable confirmations from various sources below:

USAF F-22 Raptor Demo
USMC F-35B Lightning Demo
KC-46 Pegasus Demo
Vicky Benzing
Titan Aerobatic Team
Acemaker Airshows T-33s (2)
Randy Ball MiG-17
CAF Airbase Georgia FG-1D, P-51D, P-63, SBD, LT-6 and T-34

Has a flying Mosquito appeared at Oshkosh since the type's resurrection?

Yes, Jerry Yagen’s has been twice in 2015 and 2022. Charles Somers’ went in 2019, when it was owned by Rod Lewis.

A 262 has been rumored to be attending Oshkosh since the 90's. Will be surprised to see it there.

I hope they make it! I've had bad luck trying to see the 262s. Hopefully this is the year!

Since Gerry has stepped aside I think we will see a lot more "traveling" of the collection. I know there was a push to get the Collings 262 there this year but all that fell through. Would have been cool to see a formation, maybe someday.

Via a post on a Colorado Aviation Photography post on Facebook, Rod Lewis intends on taking the Constellation back this year.

Whilst there aren't anymore 'official' Oshkosh confirmations, Milwaukee posted their preliminary schedule for the airshow which is happening during Oshkosh arrivals. In amongst the lineup, they've got the CAF A-26B Invader, PB4Y Privateer and B-25 'Pacific Princess', the latter coming from Chino! Just based off pure speculation, I think it is a safe bet to assume maybe all three will continue on to Oshkosh...

There's also the news about John Travolta acquiring the TWA Super Constellation. Does anyone have anymore information on this? We know Rod Lewis intends to bring his Super Connie back, how epic would it be if there were two parked up on Boeing Plaza!

I also believe the Polaris Dawn group have an ambition to bring their Panavia Tornado F2.

Lastly, I'm just saying this based off social media posts and educated guesses, but might we be looking at a possible A-26 gathering? I believe Scott Glover's polished A-26 might be there, the aforementioned A-26B performing at Milwaukee maybe?, Kermit Weeks' might finally be ready too. I also believe the guys that own Silver Dragon want to come back to Oshkosh. I guess we will just have to wait and see...

I've been wondering about this too. Maybe Million Airess as well? I think she's supposed to be at Sun N' Fun.

Dickson has been doing some displays using the Palm Springs Air Museum's P-51 "Bunny" so he remains current in the type.
