Being on the road I haven't had a chance to check out the video, but knowing it's a Dave Hadfield production I certainly will the first opportunity I get. For my money, Dave's aviation vids are the best on YouTube.

No.

The only time you want gloves in a cockpit if it's freezing, or on fire. The rest of the time they're a PITA.

Also, unless they're white, gloves make hand-signals more difficult to see -- a factor when in formation.
