Mustang at rodeos

Sat Aug 31, 2024 3:38 pm

Gary Peters from Lewiston (Idaho) was asked to perform a flyover for the opening of the Ellensburg, Washington rodeo.
Earlier in the week he performed a similar flyby at Kennewick.

The Mustang is 44-84615, N55JL, formerly "Cloud Dancer" with long time owner Jimmy Leeward.

Peters recently did a static display (along with his P-40) for the WA ANG's centennial event at Fairchild AFB.
The Mustang is in excellent shape with recent paint.
He even let some folks sit in the cockpit.
We need more warbird owners like that.
