I would guess at 15134 based on the fuselage side and underwing numbers. There could be something between the 3 and 4 beneath the wing though.
Edit: having just looked at this page: 
https://ingeniumcanada.org/aviation/art ... ornell-iii, placement of the serial under the wing appears to be similar, with a gap between the fourth and fifth digit to accommodate a landing lamp I guess?
