Site going dow for a few days (hopefully)

Hello all, the time has finally come. By necessity I have to change servers for the entire site. I have no options at this point.
This means that the site could go down for a few days or more as I struggle to adapt everything. The main sites should be easy
but the forum could be a problem.

I will try to restore the forums as soon as possible but I'm not an IT guys so it could be more difficult than imagined.

Wish me luck and check in frequently to se if the site is back up (it willl probably go down in a day or two.)

Things are up in the air right now. I guess a lot of sites are being moved so it might be a couple of days or so before the
transition starts.

Hi all,
There was a miscommunication with the server company and I thought the swap over was successful. Unfortunately the hosting control panel was successful but They didn't switch connections of tell me to do so. So we've been running on the old server since May. However, On Tuesday they will shut down the server (They told me this Monday)
The plan of action is to backup the site tomorrow, then transfer the connection. The transfer takes a a day or two to propagate. When that happens hopefully the site comes back up. However, more likely than not the site will not have posts newer than May. If the site comes back up successfully I will restore the backup and we should be up to date. Keep your fingers crossed.

This year has not been a good one so far. My father passed in September. I am dealing with some serious medical issues and my computer has been dead for three months (finally got it repaired and hooked up 20 minutes ago). And to top it off I have the flu. So thank you for your patience.

Migration has commenced. There might be a couple of days down time as the DNS information propagates (I did the rest of the site yesterday and its all down.
There might be some other issues so please be patient.
