You have to admire the dedication and persistence of the people working to save this airplane. It's a long road, to be sure!

Thank you for the updates. I'd wondered how the work was going.
I used to drive past the gas station where that B-17 was displayed from time to time but haven't gone there since about the time they yanked the Fort off those posts (which is just a coincidence).
Salem is a very long haul for me, somewhere I have only been a handful of times. I can't imagine I'd be down there to see this B-17 as it is right now.
It'll be great to see it back together and restored, though.
