Svalbard is in Norway so my guess is that it's in Norwegian waters, not Swedish.

A couple of wrecks have been raised from Scandinavian waters in recent years, but only one was worth keeping and is now on display in Denmark. One of the quirky design features of the 138 was that the unusual tubular main-spar, which can be seen in the pic, was also a fuel tank.
