What an awesome set of old school photo's!!
- the Sabre is the ex-Leroy Penhall/ Bob Hoover N8687D that had just been bought by the Whittington Bros.
- the Mustangs; Color Me Gone, El Gato Rapido, Miss Kat Brat, CF-FUZZ,ect.
cool stuff.

Does anyone remember who had the black FG-1D (46) and which one it was?

Yes, Chris...a thousand thanks for the nostalgia trip; the annual pilgrimage began in the '70s for me as well.

The XP-51 in flight left an especially strong impression on my younger self...such a graceful, silver dagger in the sky!
