Ditto, I thought it was a Fw 189C and just mislabeled. After a search of the Luftwaffe Resource Center I realized it actually was an early Hs 129S

My kids came home with this for the dog. Of course they didn't see the significance of the the face but obviously I did. I proceeded to show them this thread and they thought it was pretty neat. You know I just had to share it with you ladies and gentlemen.

Here's one from a Darwin defender in 1942-43. The intention was spot-on, but I don't think they're meant to look so happy!
