At least one Tigercat is making its way there now along with the Lewis B-25 and one of the Bearcats. Flightaware shows them to have just landed in Oklahoma for gas.

Per the warbird cam - I see their Corsair, Skyraider & P-40 over by the warbirds in review area...

I haven't seen or heard anything about the Mossie - but Bruce Winters 109 arrived a week or so back and been over at the EAA hanger (they'll probably tow or taxi it over later) and the Erickson 109 arrived yesterday and is parked over in the Mustang corral...

I listened to the Warbirds in Review stream this morning and I believe they noted the Mossie is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Also the Lysander is now Thursday apparently. Saw on social media the Lewis Air Legends F3F is no longer attending unfortunately.

As of this morning, both of the attending Bf 109s (Bruce Winter's and Jack Erickson's) are parked in the warbird section.

Awesome, thank you! Bummed about the Lysander and F3F (although figured it wouldn't be here). Hope Kermit Weeks brings his A-26.

Kermit Weeks' A-26 still has test flight hours to be flown and won't be making it (Weeks himself posted on Facebook that he would likely be driving to Oshkosh rather than flying anything to the show). Back in early May, the A-26 had one very short 5-min test flight due to the canopies unlocking in flight, and although that has been fixed and it has been made ready to be flown again, its test pilot, Steve Hinton, was injured in a fall last month and they're waiting for him to heal up so that he may resume test flying the Invader.

Spotting warbirds in attendance through friend's photos, I've noticed that one of Steuart Walton's P-51 Mustangs, "Was That Too Fast", arrived yesterday, but I think it was parked up on the north side of the airport. Among the new warbird restorations in attendance, including Hangar180's DH Beaver and Dr. Bruce Winter's Bf 109, the latest TF-51D restored by Cal Pacific Airmotive is there (44-74978 - polished with red nose), as is the TP-40N recently completed by American Aero Services and flown in by Thom Richard for its owner. In addition to having his Bf 109 there, Doc Winter also flew his P-51 "Happy Jack's Go Buggy" into Oshkosh yesterday, parking in the Weeks hangar, which he'll fly in the Heritage Flight.

A great many, stunning, golden age types in attendance this year too!

Here is a great view of the Mustang corral as of this morning. As of now, there are at least 19 Mustangs (not including "Happy Jack's Go Buggy" and "Was That Too Fast", parked off grounds), 4 P-40s, at least 5 Corsairs, 4 Skyraiders, the 2 Bf 109s, 2 Tigercats, 3 Bearcats, Hellcat, Wildcat, Yak-9, 5 B-25s (including Rod Lewis', nearing Oshkosh now), A-26, Dauntless, TBM, and more... The CAF P-63F arrived yesterday and the CAF P-39 is currently enroute and will be arriving at Oshkosh this evening.

I think John hit most of the highlights. There were also four C-47s/DC-3s in the warbird area, plus at least three elsewhere that I saw, and John O'Connor's PBY is also here. Today was excellent. I can't remember seeing Fightertown this packed on a Monday before. The Lewis warbirds arrived after the airshow tonight.

Nice to hear the Lysander might still make it. Fingers crossed on that one!

Looks like a very solid year in the warbird compound. I don't see any of the Dakota crew's fighters yet, presuming they are still inbound.

Don't be afraid to tell us about any interesting antiques. Is that a Jenny I see at the vintage grandstand? Sharp looking Monocoupe there as well.

Wish you guys good weather for the rest of the week. Hope I will get to rejoin you next year.
