Loire-Nieuport LN.401
Two escadrilles of the Aéronautique Navale, designated as AB2 and AB4, converted to the LN.401/411 between late 1939 and early 1940.

LN.401
- Production single-seat carrier-based dive bomber. 15 built.
LN.411
- Land-based 401, with naval equipment removed; 45 built.

These are new to me. I must admit that other that the Dewoitine D.520 and the Morane-Saulnier M.S.406 I am woefully unfamiliar with French WWII aircraft. It makes me wonder if the French Aviation Industry had retained the ability to develop aircraft what would have been flying in 1945.

Looks like they were going for that same landing-gear-as-dive-brake idea as the Swedes did on their Saab 17:

Could be. Don't know much about this aircraft yet.

Great airplane, it did many things well.
