Great photo of the nursres.
Just wondering, what color is the BT-13?
Most seem to have been silver by that time of the war, and it doesn't look like the early war blue/yellow.

A photo on the previous page is captioned (apparently by the USAAF), "first Tuskegee Airmen class."

This is wrong. The first class to graduate had only five members.

That's just a flat out lie. Too proclaim it to the pilot and his family is ghastly!
I have 15th AF inventory report for April 1945 and it clearly states that P-51D 44-72035
was assigned to the 31st FG!!!
Straight from the National Archives!!
