Was initially quite shocked to see this, but then realized this is the Hillier Air Musuem in Modesto, not the large Hiller Air Musuem in San Carlos.

Interesting news, but I see no evidence online that supports this. According to their webpage https://www.hiller.org/, the museum is open this weekend.

That have me a scare.

If it was the Hiller museum, I was hoping to get a good deal on a helicopter. :D

Looking at the website inventiry, I'm surprised they don't have more Holler types, like a later OH-23D or civil UH-12E...or one of the turbine FH-1100s (YOH-5), the type that could have underbid the Bell OH-58 in the second LOH competition to follow up the OH-6.

What do you expect, they're only selling a bunch of antique airplanes...you know, low cost impulse purchases where condition doesn't really matter.

Many have been out of annual for some time and one is on display at a museum on the east coast. They do look well-kept however.
