Close! The C-60 hasn’t flown in a few years, but it will again one of these days. Or years...

But, what you saw yesterday was us in two Gulf Coast Wing airplanes coming from Conroe, the Navy blue Twin Beech and the GCW’s “new” SNJ. I was in the SNJ; it’s a pretty nice ship! We were headed to West Houston to meet and brief for a flyover for a University of Houston football game; the Beech was lead and we had 4 AT-6/SNJs on the wing, including Ace.

Comes to show how long I have been out of touch with the West Houston bunch.

I could not imagine a LochkeedBeechcraft, other than the C-60 :drink3: :drink3: :drink3:

The time works out about right for a Texan I saw yesterday. I'm north of Ellington. Earlier afternoon it was headed northeast west of me and later it was headed south due east of me. One of your folks?

Thanx RV8er!!! It was too far for me to ID markings, but the BWOWWWW sound and the silhouette were enough for the type. :D

Yep, Texas Raiders was based at Hooks for a few years, then moved to Conroe maybe 5 years ago.
