I don't know why the youtube direct link doesn't work like a photo image does.

Fixed it. Youtube wants you to use the embed code line rather than the straight up link. Not sure why.

Great video Dave, thanks for sharing!

That was a nice "introductory" video to the Lysander. I hope at some point you post a much more in depth narration video that talks about all the unique quirks and characteristics of flying the Lysander from a pilot's perspective. I am super interested in hearing how you fly this aircraft different from other more traditional aircraft. I believe you've mentioned in the past that flying the Lizzie uses more angle of attack than airspeed as the primary pitch control while flying the aircraft through its approach/landing regimes due to the auto leading edge slats. I would love to hear more about this in a future video. Thanks!

The trick is to go to 'share' on the Youtube page. Select 'embed' and copy the full code that youtube displays. Paste that between the 'youtube' tags within your post. Great video!

I’ve always had an affinity for the Lysander, maybe because of its look or daring mission behind enemy lines. Thanks for creating such a neat video!

Ditto...To me the Lysander has appearance and some flight characteristics of the dragonfly. Tho that just may be my residuals of a reptilian brain. :roll:

Another fabulous "pilot's eye view" video - thank you so much!

(We forget that, before the internet and GoPro cameras, trying to visualize what flying these magnificent vintage airplanes was like was limited to day-dreaming - so I never take these videos for granted!)

Much appreciated. I built the 1/48 scale model as a kid. Have never seen video, much less cockpit footage. It seems to be well built and well designed.
