Man times fly and I am getting older....

Just watch...even if the resolution is so so there is some great footage in there.

Makes me wonder how much interactions ''may'' have happened between FHC & The Texas Airplane Factory back then they started to work on the 262's replicas which were transferred to Everett in Washington state.

Is there a connection between the Chino POF originally owned bird by Ed Manoley sold to FHC and the newly built units after they got transferred from Herb Tischler TAP Texas Airplane Factory in TX to Everett in Washington State ?????

That first video made of the replica flying over the mountains made me think of that......Sorry for my brain wondering....

Enjoy!

Nice pics Mike tks!

I remember that angle for the pattern AC that was used by TAF.

I was just curious if there was a connection to the the fact that FHC and the POF bird being in the same area as Paul Allen collection had anything to do with it.

AKA was Mr Allen and his staff was ever ''inspired'' by what the guys in Everett where doing in deciding to make a real 262 fly again.

Speaking of......any news on the first flight?

Cheers.

I can’t see a connection. The FHC Me 262 was away in the U.K. being rebuilt while the replicas were being built in the Seattle area.
