This hasn't been on TV or TCM in years, that I can recall. It stars B-17G 44-8846/F-BGSP (now known as Pink Lady) in the final scene, and also Raquel Welch (if you're into those sort of things  ). It's airing Friday, November 29 at 6:00 AM (ET).

Per TCM, it's available on DVD if you want to pull some screenshots (on sale at $15.95).

Any response I can think of would probably be viewed as obscene...

So, you’re saying the film stars have four big radials and two big radials respectively. Got it!

Just saw this ending and it’s a really good B-17 sequence, thanks for putting this on! Raquel is perfect. The B-17 shots in color are excellent.

Joe

And in retrospect it’s a pretty smart sequence as regard to the writing and plot. The B-17’s unique center panel is a part of the sfory as the sameness of the gear, flap and bomb bay toggle switches figure into the “surprise” ending.

Yes, although I did notice that the platinum was being loaded in the waist gunners' area, not the bomb bay geek ... Well, hopefully Godfrey Cambridge's character managed to get a few bucks for the bar he pocketed!

ETA: The B-17 carries tail number "134399"; 41-34399 was an AT-6 transferred to the Navy. The fuselage code is "YR-G" which is pure fiction as far as I can tell.
