Check out the DC-2 on the left side of the third McCall photo - isn't that c/n 1368 N4867V, now at the Museum of Flight in Seattle as NC13711?

I looked at the original digital image but could not make it out, the material on which the photo has been reproduced does not help.
All I can say that the last two could be '7V'.
But reading Bob Bogash writing on http://rbogash.com/dc2.html it does seem very likely. I wonder if Johnson had more than one DC-2?

UPDATE: I just drove past this C-47 yesterday. The brush and trees have been cleared from around the aircraft. The wings were moved from out back and were laying neatly on tires in front of the plane. The rear wheel was raised off its static display mount where it had been damaged previously. There was an RV parked on the lot and it was apparent that someone was staying there and working on the aircraft. I have no idea if work is being done to complete the original plan and put it on static display (kind of an odd place if you ask me) or if plans have changed and some is working to make it airworthy. Anybody know?

Hi, I was recently in McCall staying at the RV resort behind this plane. Took a few pics and the curiosity bug bit so I did some googling and found this thread. Here are some updated pics if anyone is interested.

Thanks for the info. Hopefully this project gets completed but looks like it hasn't moved much since 2016. :(
