Tonight on the CBS Evening News the Collings Foundation's Liberator is going to be featured along with 467th BG Veterans as well as Collings Foundation crew members. CBS did the taping in San Diego during the Air Show at Gillespie??? as well as the 467th BG reunion. Check your local listings for times.

Well, it was a nice piece. A bit typical though, didn't bother to mention the foundation's name that made it possible for the Vets to get their reunion experience. One of the vets made the comment " just listen to those engines ", of course we couldn't, because the commentator proceeded to talk over them ! Didn't talk to any of the present crew about the tour.

I agree it was a nice piece, and the commentator could have stopped to hear the plane go by. But then again the story was mostly about the 467th and not Witchcraft. My local news did a story on them several years ago and they showed her fly-by with no commentator.
