I noticed in a recent video from the Shearwater Aviation Museum, that there is a shot of the ALREADY painted Firefly, sitting on Both gear, the chin cowl unpainted, & the outer wings off. does this mean that they have been doing some work to undo the damage from it's taxi accident ? geek

I recall reading after the incident they didn't want folks taking pictures of the Firefly (understandably). When I was out in Nova Scotia on my honeymoon in October I saw no such notice so I took this one.

I believe it was a high-speed taxi test that went bad.
