The NWM at Geneseo sent their Beech Staggerwing off to be restored to its original, as-delivered British Fleet Air Arm configuration a couple of years back. Maybe it will be done this year? But they'll have to call it a 'Traveller Mk 1' when it's finished.

After seeing the pics of that P-12 on Platinum Fighters, all I can say is... anybody got 380K I can use? I promise it'll go to a good cause!

Can't wait to see which one Jerry has coming to the MAM!

One of the new P-12s is owned by an acquaintance here in eastern Washington. He's been waiting for it for several years. The gentleman currently has two round tail Stearmans and a Speedmail (among others) and formerly owned a couple of T-6s, so he's well qualified to fly it.

That may account for the unknown one John mentioned.
