The hangars and background looks like the Friedkin ranch.

The Hellcat used in the commercial is the CAF SoCal Wing's. The commercial was filmed at the Mojave airport, and the hangar seen at the end of the ad, as I recall, is one of the CAF SoCal hangars.

Ahh, that's a different commercial than the one I saw. The one I was watching was definitely at Friedkin's. I'll see if I can find it.

Wow, a warbird for the taking at Mojave! (Note the C-133 is still there).
