Actually, per the B-29 Veterans on the team, Doc is a "HE". It's on the Doc's Friends website and in several of the videos on their YouTube channel. They acknowledge that typically airplanes are a "she", but because Doc is a Disney dwarf, they didn't feel right calling it "she".
