Can any WIXers confirm or deny?

It flew. It will be flown during AirVenture, then returned to the museum afterwards.

To any and all who expect to attend Oshkosh this year. I have been a P-64 fanatic for most of my life and I simply can not be there for the occasion this time. I would dearly love to see the P-64 fly and I'm willing to bet that Bill Larkins would as well. Please, anybody attending, take lots of pictures of the flight. I have already had the opportunity to photograph her on the ground several times but almost all the in flight photos I have seen have been distant or blurred.

Thanks a million in advance.

That's really great news. I know they would've loved to have had it ready before Paul died. Rick is an excellent pilot and a good guy and valued EAA volunteer. I think it's okay to fly the P-64 as there is a tremendous amount of knowledge and shops that can fabricate parts if needed. Please no low level aerobatics!
