NC-1A Navy APU Rescued

Anybody have any info on this type of Three wheeled Navy APU Jet Starter NC-1A Made by O. E. Sekeley for the US Navy? They used them on carriers in the 50's and I just rescued this one and brought it home. Any info/photos/leads would be great.
