I'll bet that front seater got out of their with some numb feet sitting so close to the reduction gearbox, vibration relation! :lol:

P-39Q 44-3908 was converted to a TP-39Q and then converted mostly back to stock.
When it was owned by E.D Weiner and later by Mira Slovack, as Mr Mennon, it still had the upper and lower rear stabilizer fins installed.

Later when Ed Messick owned it the rear fairings were removed. Now on display at Kalamazoo Air Zoo.
