Yep that's the one. Don't know where that B-23 lives but it would be a cool representative of the forgotten B-18/ B-23s that were flying in 1941.

(It's been parked out at Moses Lake for a while...don't know if it's still there.)

The ex-TFC P-40B Warhawk has flown again in the hands of Steve Hinton. Whilst this will no doubt go to Oshkosh, I wonder what the chances are of seeing the B model at Chino, what with the Pearl Harbor theme?

I have a feeling Collings won't play ball and bring their P-40B all the way to the West Coast. But if they did, imagine seeing this...

So who's going? Bought my tickets last week, looking forward to a little California sunshine, warmth and warbirds!! :supz:

Is there any WIXer local to Chino (or that area of CA) that could recommend anything else warbird related? We only have 4 days total for the trip. Fri and Sat. in Chino then a road trip to Salinas to tour Cal Pacific Airmotive but want to get as much in as possible.
Thanks in advance!

Show schedule is now online with some very nice aircraft listed.

http://planesoffame.org/index.php?page= ... 6-schedule

Also worth noting there's no quantities of certain aircraft (i.e. P-51) yet and some airplanes that have announced their attendance, like A-26 "Silver Dragon", aren't on this schedule for the time being.

If it is a static display (parked visiting) aircraft it won't be on the schedule.

Few little bits:

-Six- maybe seven- P-40's due to attend.
-The guys are prepping the Hispano Buchon to fly at the show.
-The Privateer is at Palm Springs until April 28. I wonder if it's going to Chino from then?
-P-38 "Glacier Girl" is due to attend.
-CAF SoCal are sending their whole fleet (Spitfire, Bearcat, Zero, Hellcat and P-51) with the latter offering discount rides during the weekend.
-Rumour of 16 P-51's attending.
-TFLM are sending the Spitfire IX and Wildcat to replace the Zero and Corsair.
-Oscar and B-17 have been taken off the schedule.

Yeah, this! ^
Just over a week to go. Usually with specialty shows there's a slip about something unexpected and really cool coming unannounced prior, not the other way around.. :( Hopefully there's more coming that we don't know about. pop2 Either way, I'm still really pumped to get there!
