Amazing people who did amazing things way back then. Just another group of veterans that deserve recognition and should never be forgotten. All the men who served on the flattops no matter what the role.

An old coworker of mine was an old deck crew on USS Independence. He said there was more then a few times that a deck crew got cut in half from a prop.
